Privacy Policy
According to Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, as well as Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, Senior Software Agency SRL, hereinafter referred to as Senior Software, will securely manage and process the personal data provided by the data subject, only for the specified purposes.
Senior Software Agency SRL is authorized as a personal data operator, registered with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) under number 0025226.
Senior Software undertakes to respect all the rights of data subjects, in accordance with the legal provisions concerning the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and their free movement.
According to Law no. 677/2001, personal data refers to any information that can be used to identify or contact a person, either online or offline. Personal information is processed only with the consent of the data subject (for example, when voluntarily provided through online forms, participation in raffles or contests, registration on the website, phone communication, face-to-face interaction at events, etc.).
Personal data will be processed for marketing and advertising activities, promotion of products and services, media activities, customer relations, market research, statistics, sales tracking, and consumer behavior monitoring.
Senior Software may process and transmit personal data, under the conditions provided by Law no. 677/2001, to partner companies only based on a confidentiality agreement ensuring that the data is securely stored and used in compliance with applicable legislation. These partners may include providers of marketing services, courier services, payment/banking services, telemarketing, or other services, as well as companies with which Senior Software develops joint product and service market offers.
The data subject understands and agrees that the personal data provided is processed for the purposes mentioned above.
Under Law no. 677/2001, any data subject has the right to access, intervene upon, and oppose the processing of their data, as well as the right not to be subject to an individual decision and to seek judicial remedy. The right to object to personal data processing and to request data deletion is also guaranteed, except where processing is legally mandatory (e.g., by financial, fiscal, police, judicial, or social security authorities).
To exercise these rights, any data subject may submit a written, dated, and signed request to Senior Software. The request must be sent to:

In the request, the applicant may specify whether they wish to receive the information at a specific address (including an email address) or via a correspondence service ensuring personal delivery.
