QUALITY CONTROL

The Quality Control component aims to carry out quality checks on products, raw materials and materials, in order to guarantee their compliance with the required quality standards. Quality controls are carried out on batches, by selecting product samples for testing, during the checks taking into account the standards set for each product category (raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products).

PROCESS CONTROL

The Statistical Process Control component represents a way of measuring and controlling aspects related to product quality, by monitoring manufacturing processes. The information is collected directly from the machinery in the factory, and then is used to contribute to the evaluation, monitoring and control of manufacturing processes. Thus, the operation of the machinery at the highest level is ensured, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of production.

TRACEABILITY AND GENEALOGY

The traceability and genealogy functionalities focus on the processes of transforming materials into semi-finished and finished products. This module is closely connected to the Materials Management module (whose focus is the physical movement of materials in production), having a higher performance together, due to the interconnection and continuous flow of information that occurs between them. QUALITY CONTROL

Quality control involves rigorously checking products and materials to ensure compliance with required quality standards. Quality controls are carried out on batches, by selecting samples for testing, respecting the standards set for each product category.

QUALITY TESTS

The system allows the definition of quality tests for raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products, with test orders being automatically generated and transmitted electronically. Product quality data is extracted and monitored in real time, allowing rapid intervention in case of non-conformities.

TYPES OF CHECKS

Quality checks can be visual or instrumental, and the results of these tests can be recorded by users or can be taken automatically, thanks to the connection of the production management system (MES) with measuring devices and instruments.
