Identify losses

MES automatically takes data from the production unit, including energy consumption, by interconnecting the solution with machines, equipment and production lines. The system transmits standard energy consumption parameters to the machines and notifies users via email or on-screen alerts in case of exceedances. With the MES solution you detect consumption values from machines, installations and production lines, facilitating the identification of losses and areas with potential savings.

Know your energy needs

Analysis of energy consumption, together with data on factory processes, collected in real time, allows for the precise allocation of production costs. This is achieved by monitoring the amount of energy consumed by installations, stations or work centers, production lines or a single machine. In addition, the amount of energy consumed for processing or making a finished product is taken into account, as well as the amount consumed each day per shift or hour.
